By comparison to a lawsuit for personal injuries, a employers' application for insurance must be resolved by an administrative procedure—not a federal court process. The administrative process puts a cap to the forms of benefits you will receive in the wages of the employees.
A personal injury litigation, for example, may request monetary compensation for pain and suffering, but a claim for wages for workers can not. Workers' demands for insurance can only request different kinds of benefits from job injuries, such as medical benefits, income loss benefits and benefits from vocational retraining.
